The Manufacturing Garment Apparels Industry is seeking a highly skilled Machine Mechanic/Maintenance Incharge to join their team in Ankleshwar.
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with an ITI, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or an Undergraduate degree and at least 10 years of experience in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Our ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in pneumatic mechanics and be proficient in performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on garment manufacturing machines, including sewing machines, cutting machines, and machine installations.
Repair and replace machine parts, including gears, motors, and compressors
Maintain records of machine maintenance, repair, and performance, including logging work orders, maintenance schedules, and machine downtimes
Ensure proper functioning of machines by setting up and testing them
Performance Metrics:
We measure our Maintenance Incharge's success based on the following key performance indicators:
Machine uptime and availability
Machine performance and efficiency
Quality and compliance
Communication and collaboration
Continued improvement and innovation
Working Conditions:
The position requires working 6 days a week with flexible general shifts.
