Job Description – Salesforce Administrator/ BA-Bengaluru Location

Applied Systems, Inc., a worldwide leader in insurance technology, is currently seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, testing, and maintaining custom solutions and applications on the Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Administrator will work closely with business and solution architects to understand technical solutions, optimize Salesforce, improve business processes, and enhance end-user experiences.

What You’ll Do
• Salesforce configuration for Applied’s internal products
• Admin support for custom Salesforce features and functionalities built for Applied customers
• Provide admin support for user management, data management, security, and customization
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Maintain and support Salesforce solutions
• Perform regular data cleansing, de-duplication, and data quality checks to maintain data integrity
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and other analytics tools to provide insights into business performance
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features, and provide recommendations for adoption and optimization
• Configure and customize Salesforce to support business processes and workflows, including creating and maintaining custom objects, fields, and page layouts

We’re looking for someone who:

Your experience should have all of the following:
• customization using process builders, workflows, approval processes
• Building custom objects and fields and customizing Page layouts
• Setting up object-field level and record level access for users using Profiles , Permission sets, sharing rules
• Creating reports and dashboards
• Creating Lightning apps
• preferably Certified Salesforce Administrator
• At least 3-5 years’ administering Salesforce environments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Strong logical reasoning skills
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce development cycle
• Familiarity with Salesforce administration best practices, data model, and sharing architecture

Additionally, you may have:
• Insurance industry experience
• Platform App Builder Certification
• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud experience ( Trailhead’s Financial Services Cloud Specialist Badge a plus! )
• Git and continuous integration best practices
• Understanding and implementation of Salesforce best practices of security and data protection
• Experience or training with Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies is a plus
