Job Summary
Platform Architect Lead - JD A lead architect is required to sit across all Client squads, and will:
• Advise and assist business stakeholders in developing and realizing the overall Client transformation vision.
• Provide guidance on overall Client architecture, ensuring maximum value can be extracted from core solution components (i.e. Automotive Cloud, Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud).
• Liaise with Ford Enterprise Architecture and Ford global Salesforce teams to promote consistency and best practices.
• Identify and document Key Design Decisions, including respective governance forums.
• Cross-alignment on architecture between squads - ensuring the squads are in technical alignment re. how the system is (and should be) constructed; and resolve/remove any cross-squad design/technical blockers.
• Collaborate with Salesforce, including aligning the Client vision and roadmap with Salesforce’s own product plans and roadmap, as well as escalation of any support issues.
• Solution collaboration with data squad and other Client upstream / downstream systems Solution Architect – JD
