Hybrid Working

BUK & BX – All locations

We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. We’re flexible on how this works and it may continue to change and evolve. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. However, some colleagues may choose to spend more time in the office over a typical period than their role type requires. We also have a flexible working process where, subject to business needs, all colleagues globally are able to request work patterns to reflect their personal circumstances These requests will be reviewed and agreed for a period of time i.e., will have a start and end date.

Introduction:

Understanding of campaign management process, managing end to end email campaign build and delivery on Sales force Marketing Cloud
• Adherence to Barclays policies and standards
• Multi task across multiple project requirements
• Involve in test phases and work towards early resolution of defects and ensuring permanent fix
• The role will require work to be undertaken on multiple releases at a time, collaborating with Tech Lead, Designers, PMs and other developers as well as support Infrastructure teams during and for the release of software components within the project scope, ensuring quality and timeliness of the delivery.

What will you be doing?

• Technical development & delivery of campaigns in SFMC
• Understand end to end process flow
• Understand user requirement
• Adherence to Barclays coding standards and best practices
• Good understanding of business process
• Ad-hoc analytics based on the business needs

What we’re looking for:

Personal attributes essential to performing role including competencies, expertise, knowledge, and experience.

Skills that will help you in the role:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud >1 Years of development experience
• SQL >1 year
• HTML & CSS > 1 year

Candidate must have majority of the following experience from Marketing cloud
• Email Studio
• Data Extensions, Segmentation
• Journey Builder
• Automation Studio
• Content Builder
• Query Studio
• Installed package
• Working on a number of tasks on a variety of different projects at the same time.
• Ability to build effective internal relationships
• Exposure to Banking and Finance domains
• Strong analytical skills including ability to provide observations and comment
• Preferred candidate from either product based, Telecom, Banking.
• Should have good data skills – SQL, TD/ Oracle, Bigdata, API– added advantage
