Role Intro : SFMC Specialist
We are looking for an experienced SFMC Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end administration of SFMC Campaign Management, developing product knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, providing technical consultation on various aspects of solutions, implementing complex development and configuration activities for clients, and running thorough quality assurance tests. The successful candidate will also be responsible for designing and implementing journeys in the marketing cloud, building overall SFMC lead generation strategy, and developing processes to optimize lead generation, email, SMS nurtures, and re-engagement programs via the Marketing Automation Platform.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for end-to-end administration of SFMC Campaign Management.
• Understand solution architecture documents and validate with the solutions architecture team.
• Develop product knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Provide technical consultation on various aspects of solutions.
• Implement complex development and configuration activities for clients.
• Run thorough quality assurance tests.
• From time-to-time, participate in other pre-sales activities such as discovery and technical deep-dive sessions, Proof-Of-Concept (POC) development with prospects.
• Experience in setting up and implementing solutions with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (exact target) - email studio, ad studio, journey builder, automation builder, amp script, subscriber management, cross-channel journeys, IP warming, enabling channels such as email, SMS, Mobile Push, WhatsApp, etc.
• Design and implement journeys in the marketing cloud.
• Help build the overall SFMC lead generation strategy.
• Develop, build, and implement processes to optimize lead generation, email, SMS nurtures, and re-engagement programs via the Marketing Automation Platform.
• Determine promotion marketing KPIs for different channels and test the campaign's success.
• Create smart customer databases for lead generation for the 3 channels.
• Develop documentation and roadmaps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed.
Requirement:
• Proven work experience (1-3 years) with SFMC tool.
• Experience in strategic planning, complex coordination, and scalable execution of campaigns via marketing automation is essential.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics.
• Past experience with lead nurturing, marketing automation, and/or web analytics.
• Hands-on experience on a comparable enterprise Marketing Automation Platform and Drip Marketing.
• Proficiency in marketing automation technology.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Excellent data handling skills with the ability to analyze campaign data and draw conclusions.
• Strong project management, team management, and motivation skills.
• HTML language is a plus.
