Your tasks
Provide technical support and advice to field sites. Prepare and maintain work packages, technical procedures, control sheets, methods and documentation.

Proactively anticipate risks and chances and raise them to the Project Team. Maintain of the Field Service time schedule and coordinate dates with Project Team and
customer.
Prepare specifications, technical procedures and work descriptions for installation subcontractors and evaluation of installation bids/offers.
Facilitate clarifications with customer.
Participate in design review meetings and ensure field related design considerations.
Ensure availability of HSE, quality plans and documents.
Develop and ensure availability of project specific procedures and safety assessments.
Determine site layouts, tooling/fixtures and site infrastructure requirements.
Monitor target achievement regarding quality, schedule, costs and supports corrective actions.
Facilitate identification and allocation of required internal and external resources.
Coordination and teamwork between site and back-office.
Your profile
University diploma in Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
Experience and technical understanding of Turbines, Generators and balance of plant equipment. Project management, sub-supplier handling and scheduling experience.
Capable of reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, schedules and budgets.
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Fully computer literate MS office suite, as well as SAP and Primavera P6 knowledge.
Competencies in AutoCad, Solid edge software or equivalent are desirable.
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills in English; due to the international team set-up additional languages are beneficial.
Team player with strong leadership and project management skills.
Willing to stay in Australia for the project execution time (approx. 3-4 years).
