Role Description
As a Full-time Shadow Teacher with Stratify Consultants, you will be responsible for providing academic support to children with learning differences. You will work one-on-one with students in their on-site Thane school, helping them succeed academically and socially. Additionally, you will collaborate with teachers and parents to ensure that students are progressing in their studies and receiving the necessary support.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in education psychology, or a related field
• Experience working with children with learning differences such as ADHD, dyslexia, and autism
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents
• Ability to create individualized learning plans and adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of each student
• Demonstrated patience, adaptability, and empathy in working with students with diverse learning abilities.
• Location: Thane / Kalyan / Badlapur
• Salary : 15000 + 1000 travelling allowance for 6 months probation period.
