Shanti Juniors is a preschool brand promoted by the Chiripal Group of Industries, established in 1972 and promoted under Shanti Educational Initiative Ltd since 2010. It focuses on holistic child development through early childhood education.

This role involves driving franchise expansion, identifying potential partners, and managing relationships with existing franchisees. Key tasks include market research, growth strategy formulation, business opportunity presentation, marketing coordination, and compliance management.

The ideal candidate should have experience in market research, business development, and growth strategy formulation. Strong relationship management, communication, and presentation skills are essential, along with understanding of franchise operations, compliance, and marketing strategies. Experience in the education sector or similar fields is advantageous.

A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, preferably at the Master's level, is required. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team is necessary. Excellent organizational and project management skills are also expected.
