We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager Franchise Expansion to join our team at Shanti Educational Initiative Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the expansion of our franchise network, identifying potential franchisees, and managing relationships with existing franchise partners. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities

• Developing growth strategies to increase brand visibility and reach

• Presenting business opportunities to potential franchisees

• Coordinating marketing efforts to promote our brand

• Ensuring compliance with franchise agreements

Requirements:

• Experience in market research, business development, and growth strategy formulation

• Strong relationship management, communication, and presentation skills

• Understanding of franchise operations, compliance, and marketing strategies

• Experience in the education industry or similar field is a plus

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent organizational and project management skills
