Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll administration work, corresponding and liaising with customer and business area managers, customer service, maintaining records for employee salaries and statutory record-keeping purposes. As required to participate and process payroll transactional work and supporting Payroll administrators, Payroll Managers and Team leaders.
Payroll knowledge and is customer focus.
This role is fast paced and supporting payroll related work and transactional work in large organisation.
This role with other colleague will provide support to their Manager and Payroll administrators in processing administrative and payroll offboarding process, payroll transaction and other payroll related work as required including super, salary packaging and document management.
Skills/ experience
Payroll experience preferred and would be advantage if have knowledge of payroll separation(Offboarding)
Dealing with multiple stake holders within the agencies and updating and keeping track of the required information for the individual staff processing with updating on the tracker/tickets
