Job Description
Understand technical requirements for eLearning courses and implement those requirements.
Manage the existing eLearning development architecture, framework and edit it to meet clients’ requirements.
Develop a new eLearning development architecture, framework, if required.
Ensure that courses are SCORM and AICC compliant and integrate successfully with different Learning Management Systems (LMSs).
Test courses to ensure that they function as expected on the LMS and fix issues, if any.
Develop templates that can be re-used across courses, thereby, increasing productivity & reducing development time.
Primary Skills
Sharepoint 2010/2013/Online – Experience in creating Web applications, site collections and sites as per client requirement.
Experience working with Microsoft Flow and Power Automate to create workflows and automation apps.
Experience in writing HTML/CSS for site customization.
Experience in writing custom code in JavaScript and JavaScript libraries
Experience in customization/integrations using client Side (CSOM, JSOM, REST).
Knowledge in responsive designs.
Understanding of key software tools and technologies – Version control / Deployment / Unit Testing
Good communication skills (Oral, Written and Presentation)
Secondary Skills
Ability to work with clients and understand their requirements
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously balancing project work with high priority requests
Gathering requirements and able to prepare solution design.
Good exposure to social media tools and platforms
