We have three openings in Sharepoint Developer-Relevant must be 5 Years.
• SharePoint Dev L2 Powerapps
• SharePoint Dev L2 Powerautomate
• SharePoint Dev L3 SPFX

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support the existing running projects.
• Creation of project plans that clearly define the project scope, assumptions, risks and overall project approach including project resource needs, high level timelines, and project communications.
• Develop and administers project schedules and performance standards.
• Coordinates and responds to requests for changes from original scope.
• Assigns duties, responsibilities and scope of authority to project personnel. Directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure the project progresses in scope, on schedule and within budget.
• Drives compliance with the IT Quality processes and Viatris SDLC process, including the IT change management and quality/testing process.
• Communicates project status to project steering committee and other stakeholders as appropriate. Manages project issues/risks in a timely manner and appropriately escalating when necessary.
• Ensures the development of quality plans and direction of quality testing. Fosters creative approaches to problem solving in a way that maintains focus on the delivery of a quality product that meets business needs.
• Collaborates with business support team to ensure technologies are providing valuable capabilities to customers.
• Leads and participates in process to develop requirements. Evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, differentiate between actual and required user needs and distinguish user requests from the underlying business problems.
• Elicits requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis and other relevant techniques. Able to handle regional process analyses in support of a business unit or region, may perform global analyses under the guidance of a Solutions Leader.
• Proactively connects, collaborates and maintains communication with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver project methodology artifacts as needed (following Viatris project methodology).
• Provides support and/or direction to project and program manager(s) in overcoming hurdles and moving projects forward by proactively mitigating open issues and project risks. Maintains consistent communication channels between all vested parties (steering committee, business sponsors, IT stakeholders, project team, etc.). Leads organization change management efforts in areas of responsibility.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Handling of support tickets and activities

QUALIFICATIONS

KNOWLEDGE

· Must possess extensive knowledge of project management concepts, practices and procedures as they relate to the delivering IT project.

· Must understand and apply all of the Project Management Body of Knowledge Competencies.

· Must understand highly complex technology projects and concepts as they relate to high-level business objectives, and ability to present those concepts to both IT and non-IT audiences in a concise and easily-understandable manner.

· Ability to develop strategic partnership with business customers.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
