Cybage is seeking for Project Manager with experience and perspective to deliver IT projects to a globally diverse clientele. Project Manager will drive projects through forming and engaging teams with common, well-defined project goals, using leadership qualities to enhance team performance, and influencing the behavior of project team members to collaborate in achieving project objectives.
Location: Pune
Experience: 10 + yrs
Key Responsibilities would be:
• Organizing, managing, and leading multiple project implementations in a fast-paced IT environment across multiple functional teams.
• Defining and managing large scale project proposals and plans. Execute to plan and deliver within budget and on time.
• Ensuring Customer satisfaction and handling client communication including weekly status calls.
• Managing and technical anchoring of the team including their task scheduling, rating and management.
• Tracking and reviewing team’s performance by conducting periodic review for all the areas and ensure they adhere to the delivery schedule and other objectives.
• Project estimation and handling pre-sales calls when required.
Desired Skills:
• 10 yrs of total experience
• Experience in ECM Technologies with SharePoint & Power Platform exposure.
• Understanding of .Net /PHP Technologies for customization
• Ability to review estimates and work with the team to provide solutions for ECM projects
• Has knowledge of adding Digital Technologies as combined solutions
• Draw training needs for the team and evaluate the resources for the org
• Strong in communication - both written and verbal
• Focus on process and use of Atlassian tools like Jira, Confluence, etc for managing the Capability projects
