Title: Shift lead (must have handle BPO projects)
No. of positions : 2
Mandate skillset: Managing the shift, No Voice support required ,SLA's incident ,Management ,Ticket distribution ,Rotational shift required
Experience: 5 - 7 years
Location : Pune
Notice period: 10 - 15 days (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
duration of contract : 6 months (Can or cannot be extended based upon the project requirements)
