Responsibilities
• Supervise warehouse operations during assigned shifts to ensure efficient and accurate processes.
• Manage shift staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the shift.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and proper handling of warehouse equipment.
• Maintain accurate shift reports and communicate shift performance to higher management.
• Assist with inventory control and order fulfillment as needed.
Qualifications
Any Graduate / MBA
• Experience in warehouse operations and staff supervision.
• Familiarity with shift scheduling and labor management.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Proficiency in WMS and basic computer applications.
