A&W Portkells is Expanding Their Management TEAM!!
We are looking to add 1-2 Shift Supervisors at our Murrayville location in Langley.
Qualifications & Skills:
Advanced understanding of all quick-service restaurant operations
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to coach, train and motivate team members
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Dealing with Guest Concerns and winning them back;
Computer knowledge in Office or OpenOffice;
Professional positive team leader, dependable, takes initiative;
Should expect to work 30+ hours per week;
Must be available to work flexible hours overnights, weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Training, leading and coaching team members to achieve our brand standards of exceptional Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
Building sales and profitability through excellent operations
Accountable for operating profitability by monitoring and controlling food, paper and labor costs while on shift
Ensuring all Team Members are trained to deliver exceptional quality, service and cleanliness through initial and ongoing training
Ensuring all company programs, practices and systems are implemented and executed properly
Working with the management team to identify problem areas and work with them to come up with and implement solutions
Creating and maintaining a positive work climate that promotes best-in-class.
Dealing with guest concerns and winning them back
