Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and POS systems.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Skills
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
Excellent customer service skills to foster positive guest interactions.
Proficient in restaurant management practices, including POS systems.
Experience in cash handling and financial transactions.
Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation processes.

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant settings is preferred.
