Description
Responsible for food safety and quality, along with everyone at the site
Actively participates in BOSS (Behavioral Observation Safety System)and necessary audits
Champions incident investigation process
High School diploma and 2 years related experience or training in a manufacturing environment
Coordinates with Spinning, Tool & Die, Maintenance, Engineering and Q.A
Ensures all safety precautions and procedures are followed and works within the guidelines and rules of the plant
Performs start up and shut down of machines and assures that all sub-systems (water, dryers, heaters, robots, computers, ) are operational
Sets up standard test equipment and conducts functional, operational, environmental and life tests to evaluate performance and reliability of prototype or production products
To repair and troubleshoot equipment and machinery efficiently, safely and in accordance with the plant standards
