Duties
Use hand tools and power tools to execute construction, carpentry, and repair tasks efficiently and safely
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions to ensure accurate project execution
Perform heavy lifting of materials, equipment, and supplies as required for various projects
Conduct caulking, sealing, and finishing work to ensure high-quality results
Assist with framing, drywall installation, flooring, and other carpentry-related tasks
Support general handyman duties including minor plumbing, electrical work, or painting as needed
Maintain a clean and organized worksite to promote safety and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and according to specifications
Qualifications
Proven experience with hand tools, construction sites, or handyman services
Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and blueprint reading skills
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds or more)
Experience with caulking, sealing, and finishing work preferred
Familiarity with construction safety protocols and procedures
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Reliable transportation and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Prior handyman experience is highly desirable
