Job Description
Run post-opening logistics reviews to identify improvements in future NSO/FWI execution.
Manage all freight bookings, including B2B outbound shipments for POSM and other materials
Handle delivery escalations and track operational performance across all transport partners
Conduct carrier reviews and build corrective action plans to improve service
levels
Analyse freight performance trends, identify risks and recommend
optimisation actions.
Produce freight and logistics reporting, including OTP, cost, accuracy, and
delivery exceptions
Provide weekly and monthly KPI summaries to the Logistics Manager and
broader stakeholders.
Support operational forecasting by providing freight and volume insights.
Contribute to year-on-year freight cost-saving initiatives
Maintain freight budgets and support invoice validation where required.
Ensure adherence to customs regulations, including Australia Trusted Trader.
Identify opportunities to improve freight reliability, cost efficiency and carrier service levels.
Work with Integration & Projects to implement updates to SOPs and operational workflows.
