• *KRAs**
- Coordinate and manage daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving logistics-related inquiries and issues.
- Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation.
- Communicating with international clients to receive and process orders
- Coordinate with warehousing teams to manage storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any delays.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with third-party service providers, including carriers, warehouses, and customs brokers.
