Experience required 2-3 years minimum JOB PURPOSE REPORTS Daily Gate-in Report to RM - Liner & Coastal Weekly Empty Road movement container details to HO - Liner & Coastal Weekly Loading details vessel & destination wise to HO Liner & Coastal Send invoices of GR & LD to PTP customer weekly before arrival of import vsl Recording payment made details of GR & LD from customer to avoid repetition of cleared invoices send to customer again TRANSHIPMENT KRI Update TSDF / TSDE - VOA report / TDR Update TSLF / TSLE - VOA report / TDR Generate T.S exp & imp job Finalize T.S TDR Handle query if raised anything from POL in terms of T.S connection IMPORT KPL Update container activity / movements in internal system. (Maintain a excel for import containers to get accuracy on container tracking) DCHF VOA report / TDR SNTC Terminal out report RCVC Empty in Yard report & terminal empty in report DCHE - VOA report / TDR TRFE - Terminal out report RCVE - Empty in Yard report IMPORT KRI Update container activity / movements in internal system. (Maintain a excel for import containers to get accuracy on container tracking) DCHF VOA report / TDR SNTC Terminal out report RCVC Empty in Yard report & terminal empty in report DCHE - VOA report / TDR TRFE - Terminal out report RCVE - Empty in Yard report EXPORT KPL Post Form 13 KPL Create booking in internal system Follow up with concern sales / pricing for quotation update if not available or for new customers Collecting docs from transportation ppl Collect BCG from ops & update details in internal system Send CLL to be pricing to get confirmation on cost Update Export activity SNTS, RCVS, LODF Get LR no from transportation team & update in system Send courier of documents to respective destination after collecting hard LR copies from transportation team along with invoice & BCG copies Generate exp job Co-ordinate transportation Team & get VTC update for export units Generate imp job Create booking for empty containers loaded (verify last activity & yard before update LODE & will update TRFE & RCVE if needed) Generate exp & imp for empty units too Finalize TDR EXPORT KRI Create booking in Internal system Follow up with concern sales / pricing for quotation update if not available or for new customers Collect BCG from ops & update details in internal system.
