Shipping/Warehouse Associate

Job Overview:

As a Shipping/Warehouse Associate at our child care agency, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory, and supporting the distribution of essential supplies to our centers, families, and community partners.

Responsibilities:

Label, sort, and store supplies (e.g., educational materials, hygiene products, toys, and equipment) in designated areas.

Conduct routine inventory checks and report shortages or discrepancies.

Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery to child care centers, families, or partner organizations.

Ensure accurate labeling, documentation, and timely dispatch of shipments.

Help prepare emergency supply kits or seasonal items (e.g., backpacks, holiday gifts) for children in need.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.24-$25.+3 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
