A Day in the Life of a Ships Agency Administrator:
In this role, you will support daily port and agency operations with general office administration, documentation, and system entries to keep workflows running smoothly.
You will assist with vessel line-up updates, vessel registers, cargo documentation, and customs-related entries, ensuring accurate and timely records.
Your responsibilities include coordinating logistics such as crew and technician travel, accommodation, transport, and handling routine banking and post office tasks.
You will work closely with the agency and operations teams to process invoices, manage internal systems (WASP, MARS), and support daily reporting requirements.
You will also provide ad hoc administrative support and assistance to the Fremantle office as required.

You are a self-motivated, results-driven individual with a passion for achieving excellence.
While prior experience or exposure to the Shipping Industry is advantageous, we welcome candidates with a strong work ethic and the right attitude to learn and succeed.
Attention to detail, administrative proficiency, and a good grasp of computer skills are essential.
