We are having requirement of GM-HR for Mangal Group who will provide support and leadership to drive the HR strategy and ensure seamlessness and consistent employee experience on people processes.
In this role the incumbent is expected to deliver strategic direction on all people priorities. The organization is going through a transformation with new ways of working on both strategic and people front.
The organization is transforming to a new age organization which is curated from all our engineering functions. The focus of business is to deliver optimum support in a matrix environment, enabling the long-term vision of providing cutting edge technology driven manufacturing operations through thoughtful leadership and execution.
Human Resources Business Partner will bring in thought leadership in crafting the elevated employee experience. This role provides an opportunity to interact, influence and collaborate with stakeholders across units.
This role will be critical in driving key initiatives in technology developments/advancement of also assimilating a future workforce strategy of the organization.
The future workforce strategy is anchored on four key drivers of Talent Acquisition and Leadership, Driving Extraordinary performance and Rewards, Culture and workplace, and Talent Analytics.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 15-20 years of core experience as Human Resources Professional must have handled wide range of HR roles (experience in a manufacturing company (especially electrical) with multiple plants and over 500 employees would be preferred)
Must have been in HR leadership role for at least 8-10 years
Must have proven track record in establishing the best in class HR practices in his/her stint
Must have excellent people management skills.
Good Analytical and decision making skills
Ability to work in fast paced with quick decision making environment, and be able to create strong HR function with best in class HR practices.
Designed, implemented and monitored special projects / initiatives focused on strengthening, employer brand, new Joinee experience, adopting best in class digital / market best practices
Must have worked in collaborative work environment that helped achieve organizational objectives.
Hands on experience in managing complex work environments and engaged technology resources through contemporary and best in call HR practices.
Must have experience in handling end to end life cycle of human resources in Manufacturing Product organizations.
