Delaware North Australia is hiring a casual Shop Assistant to join our team at Collingwood Football Club. As a Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for providing quality guest service both in the flagship store and event day outlets. What will you do?
Greet guests and assist with any queries utilising knowledge of the available merchandise
Process sales using a point-of-sale system and maintain guest records relating to sales
Routinely stock merchandise and maintain a visually appealing store
Balance banking amounts at the beginning and end of each shift
Maintain back-stock and understand where stock may be available
More about you
Previous experience in a retail or customer service environment
Experience using a point-of-sale system preferred
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and welcoming demeanor
Strong customer service skills
Physical requirements
Ability to stand for entire length of shift
