Lingo Staffing is hiring for a Shop Hand in the Oklahoma City area ASAP!
Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:00am - 4:00 pm
Pay Rate: $16 - $1+ per hour depending on experience
Job Summary:
Join our team in a general labor position where you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing engine components for rebuilding. This role may also involve serving as a shop helper in a climate-controlled environment. You will play a crucial part in ensuring that engine components are restored to their original specifications using precision machinery.
Duties:
• Rebuild engine blocks, cylinder heads, connecting rods, camshafts, and crankshafts.
• Ensure components are restored to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications.
• Use state-of-the-art machinery to perform precision machining tasks.
• Inspect components for defects and ensure they meet quality standards before returning them to customers.
Requirements:
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods, bend, and stoop.
• Must be stable, have a good work ethic, and show up every day.
• Minimum tenure of 1 year of consistent work history in a given job.
