Shop Laborer

This full-time position plays a critical role in the behind-the-scenes success of our field teams. The Shop Laborer is responsible for ensuring our equipment, vehicles, and shop remain clean, well-stocked, and organized.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and maintain the shop area to ensure a safe and organized workspace

Wash and clean company trucks and heavy equipment regularly

Track incoming and outgoing tools/equipment

Assist with inventory checks and stocking of supplies

Perform basic vehicle maintenance (oil changes, tire rotations, etc.)

Pick up and deliver materials as required

Keep tool rooms and storage areas orderly

Promote a clean, efficient, and safety-conscious workspace
