About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Shop Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our new location. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and is confident working with the public, staff, and key partners. As Shop Manager, you’ll not only oversee our retail and hire services, but also play a key role in trail management, event coordination, customer bike servicing, marketing activities and stakeholder engagement. - Support the delivery of coaching and activity sessions on-site.

- Handle marketing duties including social media content, promotions, and local engagement.

- Liaise with stakeholders including the local council and attend regular progress meetings.

- Maintain high standards of health and safety across all areas of the business.

- Report regularly to the Operations Manager on performance, issues, and opportunities.
