Overview
Established fleet operation seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented diesel shop supervisor to lead a fast-paced repair facility servicing a large fleet of dump trucks and delivering exceptional service and maintaining high standards across all operations.
Responsibilities:
Supervise 6–10 mechanics/technicians
Coordinate daily shop workflow and repairs
Assist with diagnostics and troubleshooting
Maintain productivity, quality control, and accountability
Oversee repair records and Samsara fleet systems
Qualifications:
Diesel/heavy truck repair supervisory experience
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulics, brakes, suspension, electrical systems, and trailers
Valid driver’s license required
CDL preferred
Looking for a dependable, hands-on leader who can keep the shop productive and running efficiently.
Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
