We are looking for an experienced mechanic who has several years of service or carries a ticket in HET/AUTO/OPET
This Technician is responsible for:
Maintaining and repairing internal and external equipment such as: Generators, Skidsteers, Heaters as well as ATVs, UTVs, Skidoos, Trailers, Light Towers and Argo’s
Performing thorough inspections on all rental equipment before and after rentals
Documenting and reporting customer damages and/or maintenance repairs needed
Performing preventive and routine repairs on equipment with minimal supervision
Effectively communicate with all customers, staff, lead technician, counter person and/or service manager for maintenance requirements and parts needs
Providing assistance to other technicians when needed
Maintaining records of work performed (work orders) in a clear, complete and timely manner on a daily/job basis as well as documentation of labor
Able to utilize computers and diagnostic software to retrieve diagrams, repair procedures and service manuals for all equipment
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience on all types of equipment, trailers and vehicles.
Is capable of diagnosing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issues and repair equipment in a timely manner
Consistently demonstrates exceptional communication and customer service
Is independent, resourceful and has the ability to work with minimal supervision
Has the ability to stay clean, organized and is able to multitask in a fast paced environment
Must be a team player
Has a clean driving record and a valid Alberta class 5 driver's license
Respond to service calls primarily in the Edmonton and Surrounding areas.
Willing to be clean shaven to go to sites.
