We are looking for a talented and motivated Shopify Developer to join our e-commerce development team. This position is open to candidates with little to no professional experience in Shopify development but who possess a strong understanding of web development concepts and have completed relevant projects or coursework related to Shopify.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to understand e-commerce requirements and objectives.

Customize and develop Shopify themes based on design specifications, ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly online store.

Implement and extend Shopify apps to add new functionality and features to the e-commerce platform.

Integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance the capabilities of the online store.

Troubleshoot and debug issues in the Shopify store, including theme-related and backend issues.

Optimize the performance and responsiveness of the Shopify store for a seamless shopping experience.

Assist with content updates, product uploads, and overall maintenance of the online store.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Shopify development and e-commerce.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Strong understanding of web development concepts, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Familiarity with Shopify platform and experience with customizing Shopify themes.

Basic knowledge of Liquid template language used in Shopify themes.

Ability to work with Shopify APIs and integrate third-party services.

Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and learn from experienced developers.
