Job Description
Your Mission
• You develop and optimize our Shopify Plus stores for our brand's themes, liquid programming language, and corresponding apps and creating a smooth and pleasant end-user experience for our customers
• You maintain existing features and services for performance and stability and extending Shopify's functionalities to the next level using storefront APIs, liquid programming, meta fields, etc.
• You build custom solutions as apps or plugins
• You contribute to the development of HTML5/CSS/JavaScript, and common web technologies integral to building seamless multi-channel experiences
• You extend Shopify's functionalities to the next level using storefront APIs and integrating third-party and platform supported apps in the sites
• You build payment integration, shipping methods, and taxes in the Shopify platform
• You troubleshoot and work out testing plans and proactively suggest recommended changes to prevent challenges in the future
Your Profile
• You have 3+ years of Shopify Plus experience
• You have expertise in Shopify Liquid template language
• You are an expert in Shopify APIs and their usage
• You are an expert in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• You have REST API knowledge
• You have working knowledge in Custom Shopify APP development
• You are experienced in Shopify Theme development
• You have proven knowledge with Admin API and Storefront API
• You have a background in Product modeling and configuration via Shopify Admin
• You have a deep understanding of Product, Discount, Order APIs and customizations using the APIs
• You are aware of the Marketing Events, Discounts, Gift Cards and their configurations in Shopify
• You have experience with Shopify instance management and configuration
• You have knowledge in data migration and synchronization between Shopify instances
