Job Description
Roles & responsibilities:
• Developing, enhancing & optimizing our Shopify Plus store.
• Maintaining existing features and services for performance and stability and extending
Shopify's functionalities to next level using storefront APIs, liquid programming, meta fields,
etc.
• Building custom solutions as apps or plugins
• Contributing in the development of HTML5/CSS/JavaScript, and common web technologies
integral to building seamless multi-channel experiences
• Extending Shopify's functionalities to next level using storefront APIs and integrating thirdparty and platform supported apps in the sites
• Building payment integration, shipping methods and taxes in Shopify platform
• White labelling of third party applications
• Troubleshooting and working out testing plans and proactively suggest recommended
changes to prevent challenges in the future
Skills:
• You have 2-3 years of Shopify Plus experience
• You have expertise in Shopify Liquid template language
• You are an expert in Shopify APIs and its usage
• You are an expert in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• You have REST API knowledge
• You have experience in MySQL and Database queries
• You have working knowledge in Custom Shopify APP development
• You are experienced in Shopify Theme development
• You have proven knowledge with Admin API and Storefront API
• You have background in Product modelling and configuration via Shopify Admin
• You have understanding of Product, Discount, Order APIs and customizations using the
APIs
• You have ability to build Shopify Apps, knowledge of PHP scripting language and
understanding of anything that uses JSON REST API with Auth would be sufficient.
• You are aware of the Marketing Events, Discounts, Gift Cards and their configurations in
Shopify
• You have experience with Shopify instance management and configuration
