As Shopper Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing awareness and growth of several key brands across a range of retail partners. As you will have influence and input with stakeholders across Brand Marketing, Category Management and Sales, this is truly an opportunity to showcase what you can do. Key responsibilities in the role will include:
• Working with internal colleagues as well as external customers to deliver activation plans
• Create and deliver shopper marketing materials, supporting key NPD launches and existing lines
• Supporting the business growth agenda on and offline
• Implement strong shopper marketing plans whilst adhering to customer guidelines, practices and developments
• Analysis of campaign successes, market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the market
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in an FMCG Sales or Marketing role, with an understanding of the responsibilities and impact of the shopper marketing function. As this is a customer-facing role, strong relationship-building and communication skills are key.
• FMCG / Consumer Goods experience
• Organised – project management will be important, with a need to manage multiple and complex projects simultaneously
• Commercially savvy with a genuine passion for getting the most from budget and brands
• A creative thinker, able to think outside of the box in order to gain an edge over competitors
