THE ROLE
Were building out a high-performing personal branding team, to support us in building our audience and delivering our message across our social platforms. We are seeking a driven and experienced Short-Form Video Editor to join us. You will be responsible for editing all short-form content for our Creator, across key social platforms (Instagram, Youtube, etc). If you are a talented video editor who loves anything and everything short-form, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
Selected candidate will be responsible for video editing, motion graphics, & typography.
Edit all short-form for our personal brand.
Must understand social media content and what type of editing works
Plan & execute video shoots for all properties, ensuring high-quality footage is captured.
Ensure all content is edited to a professional standard and meets creative briefs, technical specifications, and brand guidelines.
Manage media assets, file storage, and versioning throughout the production cycle.
Perform colour correction, audio leveling, and basic post-production effects as required
Incorporate engaging storytelling in videos to highlight property features and create viewer interest
Work with Adobe suite and can work with simple motion graphics video platforms (e.g. YouTube Shorts & Instagram Reels).
MUST HAVE
1 to 2 years of experience in creating content for social media.
Advanced in Adobe Creative suite - especially Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop
Creative mind and storytelling skills with an entrepreneurial mindset
Ability to work under pressure on a number of assets at the same time whilst maintaining high-quality output.
