About the Role:
Rela Rela is a fast-growing women’s fashion e-commerce brand based in Manchester. We're on the lookout for a creative and self-motivated Short Form Video Producer to help bring our brand to life across platforms like TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels.
You’ll be responsible for scripting, shooting, and editing compelling short-form content that captures attention, drives engagement, and reflects the playful, fashion-forward tone of our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
Script, storyboard and direct short videos for platforms such as TikTok, YouTube.
Stay up to date with current short-form trends and develop original short-form video concepts that align with brand voice and resonate with our target audience.
Video Editing Skills
Shoot and edit high-quality short-form video content with a strong sense of pacing, rhythm and storytelling.
Ensure edits are optimised for each platform (e.g. vertical format, hooks, captions, sound).
Use editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar to create polished, professional videos.
Data-Driven Optimisation
Monitor performance of video content across platforms using social media analytics tools.
Identify what’s working and what isn’t, and use insights to continuously improve future content.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in short-form content creation, video production or social media campaigns
Skilled in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, etc.)
Strong visual storytelling instincts and creative thinking
Hands-on shooting experience, with basic knowledge of lighting, audio and framing
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team
Strong understanding of what makes content trend or perform on platforms like TikTok
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into action
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high production standards
