Job description
Job Overview
Are you a storyteller with a passion for digital illustration and screenwriting? Does the idea of "sketching your way to a finished show" sound exciting for you? We're seeking a versatile Creative Content Producer with exceptional taste, narrative instinct, and strong communication skills for our innovative projects. This is a trailblazing role with two essential missions: first, to create outstanding original content for our studio, and second, to develop training materials that will empower a new generation of creators.
The ideal candidate demonstrates refined aesthetic judgment, a natural sense for pacing in visual storytelling, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively through illustration, video editing, and screenwriting. Experience in film, television, digital media, or game production is valuable, as is proficiency in digital illustration and editing.
In this role, you will be directly responsible for turning your original stories into training material for new users and will lead training sessions to onboard and develop new users. We value candidates who combine technical expertise with artistic vision and impeccable taste to create engaging content that resonates with audiences. Your ability to communicate visual ideas, understand rhythm in storytelling, and connect with audience preferences are crucial.
You'll need to be passionate about craft while simultaneously willing to sacrifice the "perfect drawing" to embrace happy accidents that resonate with your audience. We're looking for someone who finds satisfaction in building an outstanding experience for audiences even if it means letting go of personal attachment to their work to embrace a modified or entirely different approach emerged because it better serves the narrative cinematic moment. This requires both mastery of illustration and the desire to prioritize audience impact over craft perfectionism.
