**Position Overview**

• *Roles & Responsibilities**

- Greet and receive visitors with warmth, professionalism, and courtesy.

- Handle incoming phone calls—route them appropriately or take messages when needed.

- Maintain a log of visitors and appointments, ensuring proper documentation.

- Support administrative duties such as document handling, scheduling, and data entry.

- Manage incoming/outgoing correspondence including mail, couriers, and deliveries.

- Coordinate with various internal teams for seamless workflow.

- Ensure the reception area is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials.

- Monitor meeting room schedules and assist with room readiness before appointments.

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years in front desk, customer service, or administrative role

- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- A calm, composed, and approachable personality

- Ability to multitask and manage front office responsibilities efficiently

- Presentable appearance with professional grooming standards

• *Educational & Additional Preferences**

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream preferred

- Previous experience in a corporate, hospitality, or healthcare setting is advantageous

- Fluency in English and the local language is essential

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Showroom: 1 year (required)

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
