Job Description
• Handling showroom and day to day operations
• Hiring, training and developing team members for Showroom
• Create & maintain a professional, welcoming experience for showroom customers
• Properly maintain and update showroom displays
• Conduct regular staff meetings
• Conduct sales training for the team members
• Maintain showroom appearance & cleanliness
• Maintain current knowledge of inventory & sales trend
• Attend customer demonstration
• Coordinate with other department heads for smooth transition of business
• Develop new business lead from walk-ins
• Generate business volume through retail sales, cross marketing, up-sales etc.
• Regular stock updates with management
• Updates on fresh stock requirement, customer enquiry, market trends etc. with the management
• Resolve strain & conflict between staff to promote a jovial and productive workplace
Location : Ernakulam (Edappally - Toll)

Pay out : Salary + Performance incentive
Work Time : 10am to 8pm
