Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Showroom Manager located in Burgess Hill. The Showroom Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the showroom meets sales targets and brand standards.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and management abilities
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and KPIs
• Experience in retail or showroom management
• Knowledge of heating and plumbing supplies is a plus
• Ability to problem-solve and handle customer inquiries effectively
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
• Virtual Worlds or simliar CAD system.
