Showroom Manager Duties & Responsibilities:
Create and maintain a professional, welcoming experience for showroom customers
Profit Centre Head
Meeting Annual Business Plan Objective.
Maintain showroom appearance, including organization, cleanliness
Conduct regular sales staff meetings
Oversee showroom operations, including day to day maintenance
Maintain current knowledge of inventory and sales trends
Attend customer demonstrations
Coordinate with other managers to ensure smooth functioning of showroom
Conduct sales meetings with clients
Develop and maintain business relationships
Develop new business leads
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Advises customers by providing information on products.
Directs customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items.
Oversee all aspects of the showroom, including floor layout, products displayed, and the space’s overall appearance and ambiance
Identify new markets and business opportunities and increase sales.
Represent Showroom in various events
Implements all sales action plans related to market targets.
Conducts daily sales calls and arrange site inspection trips to corporate clients.
Participates in sales calls with members of sales team to acquire new business and/or close on business.
Able to supports service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
Assess additional training needs based on data gathered and interaction with sales team.
Targeting key accounts potential for the company.
Builds and strengthens relationships with existing and new customers to enable future bookings. Activities include sales calls.
Develops relationships within to strengthen and expand customer base for sales opportunities.
Acquiring and developing new business accounts and preparing sales proposals for clients
Mandatory Requirements:
Proven record in handling HNI clients in luxury sector
Experience in dealing with HNI clients.
Experience in client servicing
Must have attention to detail
Prerequisites:
Proven success in a similar role and environment.
Empathy towards your customers and colleagues.

Experience:
5 to 8 years’ experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.
