Are you a warm, relationship-driven person who loves turning clients into loyal partners? We’re looking for a Showroom Manager to be the heart and face of our growing Parisian-inspired fashion brand.
We’re seeking someone truly special to nurture beautiful relationships with boutique owners and buyers
while expertly managing every step of the wholesale journey — all from our charming Los Angeles showroom.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and nurture warm, long-term relationships with store owners, buyers, and stockists — making them feel truly valued and cared for
• Book and host beautiful sales appointments and showroom visits with warmth and enthusiasm
• Manage the full purchase order journey with care: from confirmation to proactive payment collection, shipping, and thoughtful post-shipment follow-up (including resolving any small damages or issues quickly and gracefully)
• Deliver an exceptional client experience at every touchpoint — by phone, email, and in person
• Support warehouse operations: pulling, organizing, and preparing orders with attention to detail
• Work closely with the CEO, account managers, and inventory team to create seamless operations
• Upsell with charm and genuine excitement, earning generous commission on new opportunities
Requirements:
• MUST BE IN LOS ANGELES — IN PERSON ONLY — NO EXCEPTIONS
• Extremely hyper-organized with a gift for managing complex calendars — keeping everything continuously updated and perfectly executed
• Able to juggle dozens of tasks simultaneously while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks
• Trusted to open and close the showroom daily with full responsibility
• True right-hand to the CEO, especially when it comes to protecting cash flow — making sure orders are confirmed, paid, shipped correctly, and beautifully delivered
• A naturally warm, caring, and professional presence with exceptional relationship-building skills
• Strong experience managing purchase orders end-to-end and comfortably following up on payments
• Graceful under pressure — you stay calm, solution-oriented, and kind even in challenging moments
• Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office (training available if needed)
• Comfortable lifting and moving boxes when required
