Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and handle incoming queries regarding two-wheeler products.
• You will be responsible for conducting lead generation activities in the area allocated to you.
• Utilize strong consulting and negotiation skills to effectively sell two wheelers and provide compelling services to customers.
• Prepare and present two-wheeler sales quotations, follow up via email, and provide confident and comprehensive assistance to each prospect.
• Maintain a high call volume, including fresh calls and follow-ups.
• Meet revenue targets and track performance against actual sales.
• Generate reference leads to expand the customer base.
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Demonstrated success in telesales or sales roles.
• Excellent phone etiquette and a friendly, engaging phone voice.
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a polished approach.
• Average verbal communication skills in English.
• Flexibility and openness to innovation and process improvements.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
