Job Description
• Greeting customers, Listening to customer requirements, Offering information about available
products, Helping customers with decision-making, Closing sales
• Takes charge of all the inventories in the store by entering them into the computer system
• Helps in the daily display of all items that are available for sale in the store
• Achieve monthly/annual Sales target
• Achieving key conversion metrics such as ABV and ATV
• Introduces sales promotion to customers so as to entice them to make purchases
• Ensures that all products are well arranged in orderly manner
• Properly operates a cash register and maintains all financial transaction effectively and efficiently too
• Helps customers to make the right decisions so they can make the right jewellery purchases
• Explains guarantee/warranty/policy on each piece purchased by a customer
• Strictly adheres to company policies and SOP
