Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team in the Showroom Counter Sales department. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective sales and marketing strategies, while delivering a high level of customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities
• Actively engage with customers visiting the showroom, understand their requirements, and provide product information and recommendations
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
• Create and implement effective marketing campaigns to generate leads and drive sales
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service
• Coordinate with the internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services
• Manage inventory levels and ensure that products are effectively merchandised in the showroom
• Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions using our CRM system
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
• Attend trade shows and events to promote our products and services
Qualifications
• Proven experience in jewellery sales and marketing role, preferably in a showroom or retail environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Results-driven and able to work towards targets and deadlines
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Proficient in using CRM systems and MS Office
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
