Job Summary:

We are looking for a smart and proactive individual who has strong communication skills and can comfortably interact with customers when needed. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English (spoken and written), have hands-on experience with Excel, and be a quick learner who can grasp technical concepts easily.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers via chat or email professionally and clearly.

Operate and manage our web portal and Excel for daily tasks and operations.

Maintain records and prepare reports using Excel.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Understand technical processes and troubleshoot basic issues.

Learn and adapt quickly to new tools, processes, and responsibilities.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).

Must be able to work in a remote nigh-shift set-up.

Must know how to use a computer efficiently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data entry, formulas, sorting, filtering).

Ability to grasp and understand technical information (basic technical knowledge preferred).

Fast learner with strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and handle work independently.

Minimum education: Graduate in any discipline.

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory):

Experience in customer service or operations.

Basic technical support knowledge or willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
