The Opportunity
We’re looking for experienced HD Fitters / Mobile Plant Mechanics to join our FIFO team. This is a high-earning opportunity offering flexible Adhoc roster, long term job security, and genuine career progression while working across the Pilbara.
You will be part of a professional, safety-driven team delivering quality maintenance on industry-leading mining equipment.
What You Will Bring

Recognised Australian mobile plant trade qualification.
Solid experience and technical knowledge of mining equipment.
Reliable work ethic and ability to thrive in remote FIFO team environments.
Current driver’s licence and police clearance.

Excellent earning potential – starting at $74/hr plus allowances, with the opportunity to progress to $82/hr plus allowances based on annual performance and completed training.
15% night shift loading, Pilbara zone allowance and bi-annual bonuses.
Paid travel time - 1hr of Airport standby time & 2hrs of flight travel time paid to/from the Pilbara
All travel hours on site paid – airport to site, intersite, and site to camp / vice versa
Reimbursements paid for transport to and from home to airport, or airport parking
12hrs paid fatigue shifts and Minimum 12hrs paid for rostered shift days
Tailored training to suit career development - inclusive of both Hitachi product specific & high-risk training – paid at full rate for 12hrs on any rostered day
