Ensures the safe transportation of hotel guests to and from the ski lifts during the winter season. Provide a high level of customer service by being both knowledgeable and friendly.
Job Requirements:
Drive the guest shuttle van to and from the ski lifts safely and responsibly, while being prepared for all road conditions
Load and unload skis and snowboards
Interact with guests providing local information about Whistler
Work with the front desk team to ensure all guests are transported in a timely manner
Maintain the cleanliness of the shuttle van
Make sure the shuttle van is in working order and report any concerns immediately
Fuel shuttle bus as required
Qualifications:
Class 4 Unrestricted Driver's Licence
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Time management skills
Physical mobility required
Ability to work as part of a team
Able to work mornings, weekends and statutory holidays
A sense of humour and a love for dogs
