Lead a high-performing multi-site HSW operations team from Sydney

Drive safety strategy, governance, and cultural change across NSW/ACT & QLD/WA

Build leader capability and manage regulator engagement with a national framework

Drive safety leadership across a diverse organisation

Lead and develop a regional HSW team across multiple jurisdictions

Shape and execute HSW strategy and risk management frameworks

Influence senior leaders and drive cultural change across the region

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Manager – Health, Safety & Wellbeing to lead safety strategy and operational delivery across multiple sites. Reporting to the General Manager HSW, you’ll manage a regional team, oversee compliance frameworks, and ensure alignment with WHS legislation and ISO 45001 standards.

Key Responsibilities

Based in Sydney, you will lead and develop a regional HSW operations team across NSW/ACT & QLD/WA

Deliver safety strategy, risk management, and governance systems

Oversee incident frameworks, audits, and regulator engagement

Build leader capability and shape organisational safety culture

Skills & Experience

Degree in OHS or equivalent

10+ years in senior WHS leadership roles

Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, governance, and compliance

Proven experience coaching safety teams and influencing stakeholders
